Domestic & International Shipping
Standard Shipping within the continental United States is $7.50. Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska is $8.95. Shipping prices to Canada are based on the total weight of the order. All other countries will ship via UPS and will vary in rates.
• We do offer free shipping on orders that are over $99 within the continental United States.
• Standard shipping orders take 2-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse.
• All UPS orders placed by 12PM CST will ship out the same day. All orders placed after this time will ship out the following day. Our UPS contract does not include Saturday delivery. Next day air would be delivered the next business day. 2nd day air would be delivered within 2 business days.
• UPS International Orders CANNOT be shipped to a PO Box. If you choose this option and do enter a PO Box, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International instead.
Defects or Problems With Your Order?
• If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our warehouse within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
• We are not responsible for damages to merchandise caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
• Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
• We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full credit based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial and a 20-50% restocking fee. Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package, as A-Style Fashion and Accessories is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date. For international orders, returns must be received within 20 days of the original shipment date.
Refunds are issued back as a store credit only
PLEASE NOTE- Returns that are received after 30th day from the shipment date will not be accepted.
Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition. The soles/bottom of shoes must be unmarked and clean in brand new condition.
Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. The following items are final sale items, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, scarves, handbags, clutches, sunglasses, belts, boot cuffs, arm warmers, and any items that are under accessory category. All sale items are final sale.
Gift Cards have no cash value and can only be redeemed for store merchandise. If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoes inside another box as the original box must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package. Refunds are issued back as a store credit only. We do not process exchanges.
Your store credit will arrive via email to your email associated with your Wholesale Fashion Shoes account.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Make a Return
Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return. Your return must contain the original invoice that you received with your order.
PLEASE NOTE - If you send us items that are ineligible for return we will not accept them therefore you will need to pay return shipping fees if you would like them back.
Please include the invoice you received with your package and a note with the items you are returning and include it in your package along with the item(s).
